You can obtain each member's sharing status through the INmMember::GetShareState method.
If the status is NM_SHARE_IN_CONTROL or NM_COLLABORATING, a Collaborate button should not be enabled. If the status is NM_SHARE_WORKING_ALONE, the button should be enabled because application sharing is available and the local user is not in control. However, if the status is NM_SHARE_UNKNOWN, the application should check whether or not the local user is a member of the application-sharing channel.
