If you call the RasAdminPortEnum API, it prints the following in the console window: 


RasAdminPortEnum: server result code = 2123
RasAdminPortEnum: Completed successfully
To avoid the unnecessary output, download the Routing and Remote Access Service (R&RAS) update from http://backoffice.microsoft.com and use the MprAdminPortEnum() API.
