The following updated file for the MIFST Web Development Toolkit contains two fixes (see download information below):
These errors occur only if the Translation Server uses the UserKey component.
These problems can be resolved by the following updated file for the MIFST Web Development Toolkit:
OFX_UserKey_COM.dll 7/15/98 11:28pm, 368,064 bytes
To install this update, follow these steps:
1. Download the Fstqfe2b.exe file as described below to an empty folder.
2. In My Computer or Windows Explorer, double-click the Fstqfe2b.exe file
you downloaded in step 1.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to extract the files.
4. Replace the existing OFX_UserKey_COM.dll with this fixed version.
5. Register this new OFX_UserKey_COM.dll using RegSvr32.
6. The Ofx_userkey_com.dbg file is useful for debugging and can be placed
in the directory where DLL debug symbols are stored.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Internet Finance Server Toolkit versions 1.0 and 1.01. An update to address this problem is now available, but is not fully regression tested and should be applied only to computers experiencing this specific problem. Unless you are severely impacted by this specific problem, Microsoft does not recommend implementing this update at this time.
This fix was developed for MIFST 1.01. If you are experiencing the problem addressed in this fix on MIFST 1.0, you must install the MIFST 1.01 service pack before applying this fix.
