BUG: DEMO.APP Refers to Version 2.5 Instead of 2.6

The information in this article applies to:

• Microsoft FoxPro for UNIX, version 2.6
• Microsoft FoxPro for MS-DOS, version 2.6
• Microsoft FoxPro for Windows, version 2.6

SYMPTOMS

All references to FoxPro in the DEMO.APP sample application refer to version 2.5 instead of version 2.6.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft FoxPro version 2.6 for MS-DOS, Windows, and UNIX. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
