The information in this article applies to:
FoxDoc will print the source code files even if you did not select the "Create Formatted Source Code Files" check box within the "Source Code and Actions Diagrams" section.
This behavior does not occur in FoxPro version 2.6a for MS-DOS.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
1. Create and Generate a Quick Screen using the CUSTOMER.DBF file.
2. Choose FoxDoc from the Program menu.
3. Type in your .SPR file name as the Main Program.
4. Modify the output directory to be different from the .SPR
directory, for example, set it to a TEMP directory.
5. Under Source Code and Action Diagrams, clear the check from both options
(Create Formatted Source Code Files and Prepare Action Diagrams).
6. Under Reports, clear the check from all reports except one. For example,
leave the Cross Reference (XREF) check box selected.
7. Under Printing, clear the check from everything under Print What Files,
and select the No Printing radio button under Print Files From.
8. Click the Generate button to run FoxDoc.
9. Look at the output directory. Not only will the XREF.DOC appear, but the
screen files will be there, even though you cleared the check from the
Create Formatted Source Code Files option.
