The information in this article applies to:
The Screen Builder power tool (GENSCRN.PRG) cannot create a screen smaller than 50 x 50 pixels.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
NOTE: In Visual FoxPro for Windows, the Screen Builder has been replaced by the Form Designer, which does allow you to create a screen smaller than 50 x 50 pixels.
1. In the Command window, type "CREATE SCREEN" (without the quotation
marks).
2. From the Screen menu, choose Layout.
3. In the Width spinner box, delete the size currently listed. Type
"49" (without the quotation marks) for the new size.
4. Press the TAB key.
Note that the number automatically changes to "50".
5. In the Height spinner box, delete the size currently listed. Type
"49" (without the quotation marks) for the new size. Press the Tab
key.
Again, note that the number automatically changes to "50."
