After using the SET COLOR OF SCHEME command to change the colors of a scheme, the SET COLOR SET TO <user_defined_color_set> command does not reset the colors properly.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
Create and run a program using the following code:
SET COLOR OF SCHEME 1 TO ,B/R
CREATE COLOR SET MyColorSet
SET COLOR SET TO MyColorSet
? SCHEME (1) && the second color pair shows as B/R
SET COLOR OF SCHEME 1 TO ,R/B && reverse the color pair
? SCHEME (1) && the second color pair now shows as R/B
SET COLOR SET TO MyColorSet && should reset the color schemes to the
&& default for MyColorSet
? SCHEME (1) && the second color pair shows as B/RB instead
