You lose all information contained in the snippet when you select the Edit button in a When or Valid code snippet for a popup, and then select the When or Valid push button.
Before selecting the When or Valid code snippet button, give the popup prompts or select an Array popup and give the popup a variable name.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
1. Create a new screen by selecting File, New, Screen from the menu or by
typing 'Create Screen' (without quotation marks) in the Command window.
2. Create a popup item using the Screen Builder toolbox.
3. Select the When or Valid clause push button, but do not enter a variable
name or prompt for the push button.
4. Enter some text in the code snippet window.
5. Press the Edit button.
6. Press the When or Valid push button again.
7. Press the OK button.
The When edit window and the popup will disappear from the screen.
