COPY TO Optional Clauses Missing in "Language Reference"

The FoxPro "Language Reference" manuals incorrectly document the COPY TO command.

On page L3-312 of the FoxPro for Windows and MS-DOS "Language Reference" manual and page 272 of the FoxPro for Macintosh "Language Reference" manual, the optional clauses "FIELDS LIKE <skel>" and "FIELDS EXCEPT <skel>" have been omitted.
