Filename Significance Not Limited to 10 Characters

SUMMARY

The third bulleted paragraph on page 19 of the "Installation and Macintosh Features Guide" incorrectly states that the significance of program filenames is limited to 10 characters.

Filenames can have more than 10 significant characters if the filename is enclosed by quotation marks or the file extension is included.

MORE INFORMATION

Filenames can be 31 characters long total. If a period and three letter extension are used (four characters), then 27 characters are left for the main part of the filename.
