FIX: BUILD EXE Command Consumes Memory With Every Iteration

SYMPTOMS

In releases of Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS dated prior to March 25, 1992, the BUILD EXE command consumes 160 to 192 bytes of memory with each iteration of the command.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a bug in releases of Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS dated prior to March 25, 1992. This bug was corrected in the Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS release dated March 25, 1992.

MORE INFORMATION

The BUILD EXE command is supported only when the FoxPro 2.0 Distribution Kit has been installed.
