FIX: Field Does Not Revert to Initial Value After ESC

SYMPTOMS

If invalid data is entered in a VALID field and ESC is pressed, the field variable does not revert to its initial value.

CAUSE

@ ... EDIT VALID is used on a memory variable and the VALID routine returned a false (.F.).

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS. This problem was corrected in Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS dated November 15, 1991.
