FIX: ON KEY LABEL Does Not Refresh Empty BROWSE Window

SYMPTOMS

If a BROWSE window is the only window in memory, the window does not refresh when the following ON KEY LABEL routine executes:

      APPEND BLANK
      SHOW WINDOW (WONTOP()) REFRESH

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS. This problem was corrected in Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS dated March 25, 1992.
