FIX: Resolving "FOXDOC.MSG File Cannot Be Found" Error

SYMPTOMS

An attempt to run Microsoft FoxDoc from a network directory fails with a "FOXDOC.MSG file cannot be found" error.

RESOLUTION

Obtain and install an updated copy of FoxDoc. For more information, query on the following word here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

   FP0660

Microsoft has confirmed that this problem occurs in releases of Microsoft Foxpro version 2.0 for MS-DOS dated prior to March 25, 1992. This problem was corrected in the Microsoft FoxPro version 2.0 for MS-DOS release dated March 25, 1992.
