The information in this article applies to:
When you use the Each Picture File dialog box to add a picture file to a push button in the Screen Builder, if you choose the pull-down list box to change the file types that are displayed, the dialog box will be sent to the back and an unrecoverable application error (UAE) will occur if you are running FoxPro under Windows 3.0.
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
1. Start FoxPro for Windows under Windows 3.0.
2. In the Command window, type:
CREATE SCREEN
3. Choose the Push Button tool from the toolbox.
4. Click anywhere on the screen.
5. Choose the Picture radio button in the Push Button dialog box.
6. Choose the Each Picture File push button.
7. Click the down arrow next to the File Type pull-down list.
The Open File dialog box will move behind the Push Button dialog box, but the Open File dialog box will continue waiting for input. If the *.ICO type is chosen from the pull-down list, and an .ICO file is opened, a UAE will result.
