You are limited to a maximum of three memo fields when you are using the FoxPro for Windows Mail Merge Wizard to create a mail merge with Microsoft Word 6.0 for Windows.
If more than three memo fields exist in the .DBF structure, only the first 3 memo fields are merged with the Word document; all subsequent fields are omitted from the merge.
This is a limitation of the Word 6.0 ODBC driver. The same limit applies when you are using memo fields from a Microsoft Access table.

Change the memo field to a character field, which has a 254 character limit.
Because the ODBC option of the Mail Merge Wizard is the only option that supports memo fields, there is no way to work around this limit using DDE.
