When you are creating a report with either the Group/Total or Multi-Column Report Wizard, if no fields are selected to be put in the report, the wizard automatically adds all the fields to the report.
In order to create a report in the wizard, a field must be specified. FoxPro assumes that if you don't select any fields that you want all the fields in the report.
1. Run the Report Wizard. 2. Select either the Group/Total or Multi-Column wizard. 3. Select any table. 4. Go to step 3 of the seven steps. 5. Don't select any fields. Choose the Next button.
A message may display indicating that there isn't enough room for the fields to fit on the report. Choose Adjust Fields. All the fields will be listed in list box.
