When you run the TCP/IP test in FrontPage Explorer, the test returns the following local host IP address rather than the real IP address:
127.0.0.1.
To determine your real IP address, point to Control Panels on the Apple menu,
and then click TCP/IP.
You can also contact your Internet service provider or network manager to find
out what your IP address is.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
An IP address is a series of numbers that identify each computer connected to the Internet. You need an IP address in order to connect the Internet.
