SYMPTOMSWhen you install or start Microsoft FrontPage 97 for Windows you receive the following error:
FPEXPLOR.EXE caused an invalid page fault in module FP20TL.DLL at 0137:67FCE1A1If you are running Microsoft Windows NT, a Dr. Watson error log is generated. NOTE: You may also receive other similar error messages regarding the Fp20tl.dll file.
CAUSEThis error occurs if the system clock on your computer is set to a date of January 19, 2038 or later.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem use the appropriate method to reset the system clock so that the date occurs before January 19, 2038:
Method 1. Use the Date & Time Control Panel
Method 2. Change the Date at the Command PromptWindows NT:
Method 3. Change the Date in the CMOS Setup for Your Computer
STATUSThis problem has been corrected in Microsoft FrontPage 98 for Windows.
