Cannot See Error Messages on Your Handheld PC

SYMPTOMS

When you connect your desktop computer to your Handheld PC (H/PC), you may receive an error message on your H/PC that you cannot see.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you have open windows on your H/PC when you connect your desktop computer and your H/PC.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, minimize or close all the windows on your H/PC.
