Microsoft has released Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.03 for Windows 3.1 and Windows NT 3.51. Internet Explorer 3.03 includes a fix for the Java Redirect Security issue.

To install Internet Explorer 3.03, follow these steps:

1. Download the appropriate Internet Explorer 3.03 file to an empty folder

   on your computer.

2. In File Manager, double-click the file you downloaded in step 1.

3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

The following file(s) are available for download from the Microsoft Software Library:

 ~ Dlmin30f.exe
 ~ Minnt30f.exe

For Windows 3.1, download the Dlmin30f.exe file. For Windows NT 3.51, download the Minnt30f.exe file.
