Outlook Express Font Changes to Default Font

SYMPTOMS

When you insert blank lines by pressing ENTER while you are composing a new message in Outlook Express using a font other than the default font, the font may change back to the default font when you press the UP ARROW key.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, change the font back to the font you want by selecting the text, right-clicking, clicking Font, and then clicking the appropriate font and size.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
