The information in this article applies to:
SYMPTOMSWhen you log on to Windows NT as a local user who does not have Administrative rights and then attempt to install Web Publishing Wizard, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to copy file Schannel.dll Error 5:Access is denied. You may need to contact your administrator.If you click Skip The File, "Error 5" may be repeated for the Cfgmgr32.dll and Oleaut32.dll files. A dialog box with the following message is displayed:
[WinINet.dll redist. package] (X) INF Install failure. Reason: Unknown. CAUSEThe files cannot be overwritten because you do not have sufficient access rights to the server.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, log on locally as Administrator or have the administrator log on and install Web Publishing Wizard.
MORE INFORMATIONWhen Web Publishing Wizard is installed by a user who does not have Administrative rights, Web Publishing Wizard runs but the shortcut on the taskbar is not created during Setup.
