SYMPTOMSIf you receive a message in Internet Mail that was composed by using the International Standards Organization (ISO) Koi8-r/Cyrillic or another nonwestern code page, the message may not be viewable.
CAUSEInternet Mail is using a Western European code page, ISO 8859-1, to display the message.
RESOLUTIONChange to the appropriate character set in Internet Mail. To do so, click Language on the View menu, and then click the appropriate character set. NOTE: If the appropriate character set is not listed, it has not yet been installed on your computer.
MORE INFORMATIONSome mail clients send Cyrillic or other nonwestern character set messages with header information in a Western European character set.
