When you try to drag new commands onto the default Custom shortcut
menu on the Shortcut Menus toolbar, the action fails. However, if you
perform the same action on any of the built-in toolbars, it works.
You cannot add commands to the default Custom shortcut menu on the Shortcut Menus toolbar. You can only add commands to a custom shortcut menu that you create and add to the default Custom shortcut menu.
First, create a new custom shortcut menu and add it to the default Custom
shortcut menu on the Shortcut Menus toolbar. Then, add the commands that
you want to appear on the newly created custom shortcut menu. To do this,
follow these steps:
