When you click the Office Assistant, and then click Tips on the Office Assistant menu, or you click the See Tips option on the Office Assistant shortcut menu, the Next button is unavailable and the Back button is available.
Upon loading a Microsoft Office application, Microsoft Office 97 puts the tips in a queue and sets the focus to the last tip in that queue. To see the available tips for your application, you must click the Back button instead of the Next button.
When you use the Office Assistant to view Tips, click the Back button to scroll through the available tips.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Access 97.

You can also display Tips by using the right mouse button to click the Office Assistant, and then clicking See Tips on the shortcut menu.
1. Click the Office Assistant to bring up the Office Assistant menu. If the
Office Assistant is not available, press F1.
2. Click Tips. Note that the Next button is unavailable, yet the Back
