When set in Exchange Client custom forms, the PR_SECURITY property is disregarded by Exchange Server.
Exchange Server does not use this flag.
This behavior is by design.
A custom Exchange form that sets this property to take advantage of Advanced Security will not operate as expected. When this form is used to send a Signed message to a mailbox where Advanced Security is enabled, the Exchange Server does not prompt for a security file password. This is because the Exchange Server disregards the PR_SECURITY property.
