SUMMARY

The Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) is categorized by using keywords. This article lists the keywords specific to articles in the Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) collection, which includes the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.

MDAC is a collection of database technologies installed via one standalone setup/EXE. The technologies included with MDAC include ODBC, OLE DB, ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) and the Remote Data Service (RDS). With MDAC 1.5, the Remote Data Service was renamed and was previously known as the Advanced Data Connector (ADC).
