Default EasyBall and Pointerland Mouse Pointers UnavailableID: Q145704
|
When you start Windows, the Pointerland tool included with the EasyBall may not change the mouse pointer from the default Windows pointer.
This behavior can occur if Pointer.exe is being loaded from the "Load=" line in the Win.ini file.
Remove Pointer.exe from the "Load=" line in the Win.ini file. To do so,
follow these steps:
- c:\mouse\pointer.exe
- c:\msinput\pointer.exe
- pointer.exe
NOTE: Do not remove any other entry from the "Load=" line.
