SUMMARY
The Microsoft Mouse driver for Windows (MOUSE.DRV) use the mouse
initialization file (MOUSE.INI) to start mouse operations as described in
this article.

- MOUSE.DRV reads the [mouse] section in the MOUSE.INI file and
initializes the mouse attached to the port identified in the
MouseType= entry.
- MOUSE.DRV reads the sensitivity and acceleration information and
sets it in memory.
- MOUSE.DRV reads the [WindowsPointer] section to determine which
cursor size to use and if pointer growth is enabled.
- MOUSE.DRV determines if the Extra Points features are enabled and
the key sequence to activate if applicable.
