SYMPTOMS

When you open the Productivity Tips window, the window is always displayed on top of other windows, even if you click a different window to make it the active window.

CAUSE

Productivity Tips is designed to always be on top.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, minimize or close the Productivity Tips window.
