PRB: DOS Session Switches to Full Screen After Running App

The information in this article applies to:

• Microsoft Programmer's Workbench for MS-DOS, versions 2.0 and 2.1.49

SYMPTOMS

After running a Windows program from within Programmer's WorkBench (PWB) in a windowed MS-DOS session, PWB will run in a full screen.

RESOLUTION

This situation may be avoided by modifying the template of the current project using the following steps:

1. From the Options menu, choose Project Templates.

2. Choose Customize Project Template.

3. In the Build Rule text box, type:

      macro WXFLAGS "/w"

5. Choose OK.
