alternate spellings or word choices (such as Novel, toolpack, tool pack, hang crash, lock up, freeze, won't respond, interop)

howto (This word appears in articles that describe a procedure that is not necessarily a problem or a bug. It is typically used for informational articles.)

words that don't appear in the article that you might use to find the article (For example, the words XL5 and MXL5 generally appear in the title of articles that ONLY apply to version 5.0 of Microsoft Excel for Windows or for the Macintosh, respectively.
