work if you are sharing OAFORMS.MDB across a network.
Workaround

Symptom
When you use the Microsoft Office Assistant database, and you press
F1 or choose the Office Assistant Help button from the Microsoft
Office Assistant toolbar, you receive the following error message:
Cannot open Help file
Cause
You receive this error message if the current field is part of a
subform (a form within a form). For example, you receive this error
message when you choose the Microsoft Office Help button while the
current field is the Product No field in the Purchase Orders form.
When the current field is part of a subform, the database cannot
locate the Office Assistant Help file.

before you press F1, or choose the Microsoft Office Help button from
the Microsoft Office Assistant toolbar. For more information about
subforms, see your Microsoft Access documentation.
