Microsoft Excel for Windows 95, version 7.0

SYMPTOMS
When you print a Microsoft Excel section in Binder 7.0 or in Binder 97,
all sheets in the section that contain data (worksheets, chart sheets,
macro sheets, dialog sheets, and modules) are printed. Dialog sheets are
always printed regardless of whether they have been changed.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, print the Microsoft Excel section separately
from the other sections in the binder file. To do this, follow these steps:
- Activate the Microsoft Excel section by clicking the Microsoft Excel
icon in the left pane.
- To select the sheets that you want to print, hold down the CTRL key and
select the sheets.
- In Microsoft Binder 97, click Print on the Section menu, and then click
Active Sheet(s) in the Print dialog box. Click OK.
In Microsoft Binder 7.0, click Print on the Section menu, and then
click Selected Sheet(s) in the Print dialog box. Click OK.
- In the left pane of the binder, click one of the other sections.
- Hold down the CTRL key and click on the other sections that you want to
print. On the File menu, click Print Binder and click Selected Sections
in the Print dialog box.
- Click OK to print the selected sections.
NOTE: When you use this workaround, the page numbers may not be
printed continuously.
Printing Continuous Page Numbers
To print continuous page numbers starting after one or more Microsoft Excel
sections, follow these steps:
- Hold down the CTRL key and click the other sections that you want to
print. In Microsoft Binder 97, click Print Binder on the File menu and
click "Section(s) Selected in Left Pane" in the Print dialog box. In
Microsoft Binder 7.0, click Print Binder on the File menu and click
Selected Sections in the Print dialog box.
- In the Numbering Section of the Print Binder dialog box, click
Consecutive.
- Change the Start Numbering At box to be one greater than the last page
number from the Microsoft Excel section.
For example, if three pages were printed from the Microsoft Excel
section, change the Start Numbering At box to 4.
- Click OK.

MORE INFORMATION
In Microsoft Office 97, this problem does not appear in print preview. The
program for each section controls print preview. Therefore, when you
preview a Microsoft Excel section, only the active sheet or print area is
displayed.
