OFF: Toolbar Folder Doesn't Appear in Shortcut Bar FolderID: Q131399

When you add a toolbar to the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar, the toolbar
folder may not appear in the Shortcut Bar folder when you view the folders
in Windows Explorer or My Computer.
NOTE: The Shortcut Bar folder is in the "\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office" folder for Microsoft Office 97 and in the "\Msoffice\Office"
folder for Microsoft Office for Windows 95 version 7.0).
This behavior occurs when you create a toolbar for an existing folder.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
When you choose to add a toolbar to the Office Shortcut Bar, you have the option of either making a toolbar for an existing folder, or making a new blank toolbar.
