OFF97: Shortcut Bar Does Not Always Remain On Top

SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Office 97 Shortcut Bar may not always remain visible in the foreground even though the option for Always On Top is selected on the View tab of the Customize dialog box.

CAUSE

This behavior may occur when you run the freeware utility PrintKey 2.0.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, try obtaining PrintKey 2.1.

To work around the behavior until you obtain version 2.1, uninstall the PrintKey 2.0 utility software, and restart Microsoft Windows 95. If you are unsure about how to remove the product, check the product documentation.
