Using Microsoft Office Manager versions 4.2 and 4.3, there is a topic in the Help File which describes available product support. There is text at the bottom of this topic which is supposed to be a jump topic to go to the help topic Product Support Worldwide. This jump topic does not work, and the text is displayed incorrectly on the screen as "Product Support worldwidePSSXProductSupportWorldwide" with the text "PSSXProductSupportWorldwide" in red.
To access the help topic for Product Support Worldwide, follow these steps:
1. Select the Microsoft Office tool on the Office Manager toolbar and
select Help...
2. From the main help screen, select Technical Support.
3. From the Product Support Services screen, select Product Support
Worldwide.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. We will post further information here as it becomes available.
To locate the error in On-Line Help:

select Help...
