Office: Moving MOM Toolbar Causes GP Fault If Using PC ToolsID: Q112192

If you are using PC Tools for Windows version 1.0 as the shell in Windows 3.1 and Microsoft Office 4.0, and you move the Microsoft Office Manager (MOM) toolbar, you may receive the following error message:
NOTE: PC Tools is a third-party shell program that you can use instead of Microsoft Windows Program Manager.GP Fault in Module KRNL386.EXE
This problem has been corrected in Microsoft Office version 4.2.
To work around this problem, install Microsoft Windows Program Manager as the shell for Windows 3.1 and run PC Tools from Program Manager.
