SUMMARYMicrosoft WordArt images do not print correctly with the Citizen GSX Windows printer driver version 1.02.
MORE INFORMATIONThis printer driver cannot print DIBs (device independent bitmaps) or BMPs (bitmaps) to dot-matrix printers that support color. The following formats are bitmap images and do not successfully print to dot-matrix printers that support color:
BMP WMF TIF PCX EPSPrinting images with these formats to dot-matrix color printers results in smudged printouts.
WorkaroundYou can work around this problem by putting the Citizen printer in an Epson emulation mode and using Epson printer drivers. Images in BMP, WMF, TIF, PCX, or EPS format print correctly if you use one of the following emulations:
