SUMMARY
When you double-click the border buttons (the buttons above the top
row and to the left of the first column of the datasheet), you can
select or deselect the data to be used in your chart.

An alternate method for selecting data is to select single or multiple
cells on the datasheet and click Include Rows/Columns on the Data menu
(the Dataseries menu in PowerPoint 3.0 or Graph 3.0):
- In Graph 5.0 and Graph 97 & 98, included rows or columns have
3-dimensional headings, while excluded rows/columns have
2-dimensional headings.
- In Graph 3.0, included rows/columns have black border buttons,
while excluded rows/columns have gray border buttons.
