SUMMARY

In Microsoft Graph, you can cut or copy data from one group of cells to another, either within the same datasheet, or into another datasheet. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Select the range of cells to copy.

2. Choose Copy (or Cut) from the Edit menu.

3. Click on the cell in which you want to begin pasting the data.

4. Choose Paste from the Edit menu. The data is pasted to the same

position as on the original (if visible).

To delete the selected data, use the Clear command.

1. Select the range of cells to clear.

2. Choose Clear from the Edit menu.

Unlike Cut, The Paste command does not work with Clear because clearing deletes the data without putting it into the Clipboard.

Note: If you delete the wrong data, choose Undo from the Edit menu right away, before doing anything else. The deleted data will return.
