The information in this article applies to:
In Microsoft Outlook 97 if you choose to accept or tentatively accept a meeting request from a Schedule Plus user, you may receive the following message:
The custom form could not be opened. Outlook will use an Outlook form
instead. The object could not be found.
You may also receive this message whenever Outlook tries to update the
Free/Busy information folder on the server.
To resolve this error, start Outlook with the CleanFreeBusy switch. Follow these steps to run the CleanFreeBusy switch:
1. Close Outlook.
2. In Windows 95 or Windows NT Workstation 4.0, right-click the shortcut
for Microsoft Outlook, click Properties on the shortcut menu, and then
click the Shortcut tab.
In Windows NT Workstation 3.51, click the Microsoft Outlook
icon, and then click Properties on the File menu.
3. In the Target box or the Command Line box, type a space after the path,
and then type "/cleanfreebusy" (without the quotation marks) and click
OK.
4. Start Outlook from the modified shortcut to reset the Free/Busy time.
Once you have reset the Free/Busy time you can exit Outlook and remove the CleanFreeBusy switch from the Outlook shortcut.
