OL97 ErrMsg: General Error When Sending a Fax

SYMPTOMS

When you try to send a fax using the Compose Fax Wizard in Microsoft Outlook 97, you may receive the following error message: 

   General Error!

WORKAROUND

You may be able to work around this problem by leaving the Subject field blank when you send a fax.
