Meeting requests sent from Microsoft Outlook using the Lotus cc:Mail transport may not have the Accept, Decline, and Tentative buttons available. Instead, the recipient receives a plain e-mail message.
The cc:Mail transport is set to send messages in text-only format.
Change the cc:Mail transport to send messages in Rich Text Format (RTF).
1. On the Tools menu, click Services.
2. Click to select Lotus cc:Mail and then click Properties.
3. On the Delivery tab, click to select "Send using Microsoft Exchange rich
text format." This attaches a Transport-Neutral Encapsulation Format
(TNEF) file with outgoing messages.
Meeting request messages will now have Accept, Decline, and Tentative
buttons.
