In Microsoft Outlook 97, if you click a resolved address with the right mouse button and select Look Up Contact from the shortcut menu, you may receive the following error message:
Could not find a contact with this e-mail address.
The addressee is not in your primary Contacts folder.
The Look Up Contact feature in Outlook explicitly limits searches to the primary Contacts folder.
Outlook can use additional Contact folders for "Check Names" resolution; however, for performance purposes, Outlook will not look up contacts in additional Contact folders.
NOTE: If you create a mail message from the Address Book (on the Tools menu) by clicking New Message on the File menu in the Address Book dialog box, the Look Up Contact command is not available.
