The Free/Busy time performance improvements are the result of two basic changes:

1. Outlook 8.01 uses a different sort order to speed up searching for and 

   displaying free/busy times.
2. Outlook 8.01 publishes two months of Free/Busy time rather than three 
   months as in version 8.0.
