When receiving messages, you may not receive the body text of your mail messages. You may still be able to open and read older mail in your Inbox.
This is caused by a damaged Delrina Internet Mail service in the user profile.

NOTE: You will need your email account information before continuing. This will include all mail server names and your account name. If you don't have this information contact your Internet Service Provider.
1. If Outlook is running, click file then click "Exit and Log Off."
2. Click Start and point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
3. Double-click Mail and Fax (or Mail, if Fax services are not
installed.)
4. Click Delrina Internet mail, and click Remove.
5. Click Add and click Internet E-mail, and then click OK.
6. Type the server and account information, then click OK.
