When you send a meeting invitation or click Use Voting Buttons, the buttons may be missing from the received message.
You are using the Internet Mail transport service and have not chosen to send e-mail to the recipient in Rich Text Format (RTF).
Select the Internet Mail option for sending e-mail in RTF for each recipient.
To select the RTF sending option for a contact, follow these steps:
1. Open a contact.
2. Double-click the e-mail address.
3. On the STMP tab, click to select "Always send to this recipient
in Microsoft Outlook rich-text format" and then click OK.
4. Click Save and then Close.
To select the RTF sending option for Personal Address Book entries, follow these steps:
1. In the Inbox view, click the Address Book button on the toolbar.
2. In the "Show Names from the" list, click Personal Address Book.
3. Double-click the recipient's entry.
4. On the STMP tab, click to select the "Always send to this recipient in
Microsoft Outlook rich-text format" check box and then click OK.
5. Click Save and then Close.
