SYMPTOMS

When you try to access a web site from a web browser through the Web Proxy Service, you may get the following error message:

   The site sent a message that could not be interpreted.

CAUSE

You do not have sufficient permissions on the Web Proxy Service.

WORKAROUND

If the Enable Access Control check box is selected (enabled) on the Web Proxy Service, verify that the users or groups have access to the protocols used by the client (in this case, the HTTP protocol).
